Return & Exchange Policy
We want every REALM customer to receive a clean, premium product. Please read the conditions before requesting a return or exchange.
Return / Exchange Window
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days after receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Eligible Items
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags and proof of purchase must be available.
- Items with stains, perfume smell, smoke smell, damage, washing marks or heavy use will not be accepted.
- Sale, discounted, customized or limited drop items may be treated as final sale unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect item, contact us through WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
Refund Method
After inspection, eligible returns may be resolved by exchange, store credit or refund depending on the case. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
Return Delivery
Customers may need to bear return delivery costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to our mistake.
