By using REALM Clothing website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We try to display product images, colours, descriptions, sizes and prices as accurately as possible. Slight colour differences may happen due to screen settings and lighting.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after payment confirmation or manual confirmation through WhatsApp. REALM may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, details are incorrect or payment is not completed.

Prices

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Prices may change without prior notice during promotions or new drops.

Payments

Customers can pay using available payment methods on the website or through confirmed manual methods. Online payment verification is handled through the payment gateway.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may change due to courier delays, location, weather, public holidays or incorrect customer information.

Returns
